Ntombizwakele’s genesis dates back as early as 1995, when she was 10, when she made her debut into the school choir after her teacher overheard her voice at that tender age. She again carried her singing antics to church and Scripture Union where she was a lead vocalist. At home is where she assimilated the lion’s share of inspiration from her father who played saxophone and was also amongst the founders of the music school in the military.
Ntombizwakele and her husband are both Christians. The talented song writer and vocalist have featured and collaborated with quite a number of well-known and prolific gospel musicians like Prince Phiri in Israel, Innora from Zim and Rugare Marian Mutsau-Brown from China.
The magnificent album has been embraced with open arms by a lot of people who follow Christian etiquettes, because of its universal appeal. The songs in the album coherently appeals to everyone because of the vocalist ability to compose and sing in three different languages.
Nonetheless, the track, Halala NgoJesu, is set to rock all the conduits of the gospel genre because of its sublime lyrical content.
