According to Forbes Rihanna, Beyonce and Nicki Minaj fall in the top three of the highest paid female musicians in the world.
The list of the highest paid female musicians took into account incomes earned between June 1, 2012 and June 2013.
Other factors considered in compiling the list include endorsements deals, business ventures, royalties for recorded music and merchandising sales and concert ticket sales.
Madonna tops the list with an incredible ($125)
Starships rapper Nicki Mini shared tenth place with fellow American Idol judge rival Mariah Carey.
Rihanna, who was sixth on the list, topped the two competition panelists by over $10m, with an annual earning at $43m. She also triumphs over best friend, Katy Perry who earned $39m.
Beyonce who released a new self-titled album on Friday, earned $53 in 2013.
