DISGRACED SINGER Justin Bieber is at the centre of a fresh scandal after a second video emerged capturing him making more racist remarks, according to reports.

The shocking new clip comes just days after the star was forced to apologise for being caught on camera telling a racist joke among friends.

The Sun newspaper claims they are in possession of disturbing new clip, which sees Bieber make light about killing black people and joining white supremacist group, the Ku Klux Klan.

A laughing Justin changes the lyrics of his 2009 song One Less Lonely Girl, which was penned by his mentor Usher, to One Less Lonely N*****.

He then goes on to make the joke about joining the Ku Klux Klan.

This comes just days after a video was published on the Sun on Sunday website showing the 20-year-old making the offensive comment while sat with friends.

In the ‘joke’, the singer asks: “Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?” He then makes the noise of a chainsaw and ends the joke with “Run n*****, n*****, n*****, n*****, n*****.”

According to reports, the video was originally filmed as part of his Never Say Never documentary in 2011, when the star was 15.

The 20-year-old released a statement the following day saying he was “very sorry” and claimed he had “learned from my mistakes.”

“I apologise for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake,” he said in the statement.

“I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realise at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance. Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologised for those wrongs.

“Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologise again to all those I have offended.

“I’m very sorry. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologise for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make that mistake again.

“Ignorance has no place in our society and I hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the same mistake in the future. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say but telling the truth is always what’s right.” – Voice
