Makosi Musambasi a former big brother UK star celebrated her 33rd birthday by launching a book, ‘Self Love – The Ultimate Choice’.
The book launch took place on September 23 in Abuja at a red carpet party hosted by Nigeria’s stand up comedian Klink Da Drunk and Derenle Edun and was graced by several government officials, celebrities as well as 2013 Big Brother Africa representatives Berverly Osu and Melvin Oduah.
Makosi said that she has written the book in simple and not complicated English and also the book self love – the ultimate choice is full of inspirational and motivational nuggets.
‘Africa needs to get reading , and the less complex the book, the easier is it to digest; all it takes is real life inspirational story to invoke a powerful feeling within, make us see things from a different perspective, or spur us into action.’
Makosi thanked God for having the opportunity to have a time to share real time experiences which she have come across in life and hoped that the book will promote a reading culture as well as inspire, direct and redirect lives of many people and lead people to endless possibilities.
Makosi appeared in the hit UK TV show in 2006 and also in the 2011 Ultimate Big Brother where she was badly labelled.
