Zimpost has launched a Christmas promotion which run under the theme “ Christmas yadirwa shuga” with winners set to walk away with prizes worth US $ 400 000 .
The Zimbabwean organization has teamed up with its strategic partners to co- sponsor the promotion , which started on Monday 21 and will run until 17 January next year.These are Econet, Netone, Posb, champions insurance to mention but a few.
The prizes to be won include, generators, cellphones, stationary, laptops and 6 vehicles. The products and services include , Econet’s ecocash, Buddie airtime as well as stationary.
Also gracing the colourful ceremony was the Minister of information and communication technology , postal and carrier services Hon W. Shamu who expressed satisfaction over the promotion saying it came at the rightful hour as the majority of Zimbabweans will be celebrating Christmas.
“ I want to thank Zimpost and its colleagues for this colourful ceremony whereby by you are giving Zimbabweans a chance to become proud owners of 6 vehicles next year after celebrating Christmas”.
He also indicated that Zimpost was for the people and must continue giving back to the community.
To enter the promotion one has to buy econet airtime worth US $ 30 engage in any transactions with Zimcash, Use Posb cellphone banking twice and registering with Champions insurance .Customers will be issued with a coupon , which will need to submit for them to stand a chance.
