The circus at a funeral currently precipitating in Zimbabwe as the motherland is burning unchecked has left Zimbabweans rightly disappointed, bereft of hope, generally demoralised and lost.
Zimbabweans lost any modicum of trust and faith in Zanu PF decades ago and they clearly communicated and registered their collective disdain and disapproval of Zanu PF in successive elections since 2000. The social contract with Zanu PF has been non existent since then. The trust and faith as capital for political governance migrated to the MDC led by the late Dr Morgan Tsvangirai. The MDC fought within its limited capacity until today when all can see that the perennial opposition is totally out of depth in dealing with the increasingly vicious and intransigent Zanu PF now in the hands of ruthless and abrasive thugs in suits.
As the MDC Alliance continues to dance and waltz into the dangerous hands of Zanu PF, Zimbabweans are now left to their own devices for survival. The monumental gigantic and paralysing split and fragmentation of MDCA aided by the lawfare subjected to the same has simply incapacitated the MDCA to offer any meaningful and material alternative leadership to the people of Zimbabwe. This should however not come as unexpected since we all know how Zanu PF operates. Ordinarily, the law should protect people from barbarism but with Zanu PF citizens always get barbarism of the law. It is a rule of thumb in defining Zanu PF’s modus operandi. How then Mr Chamisa played right into the hands of Zanu PF in this regard as a politician and a lawyer defies logic and conventional understanding. Aspersions and innuendos has been cast and murmurs has been uttered vis a vis Mr Chamisa’s sincerity in completing the struggle against Zanu PF hegemony. We also wonder but I digress.
What remains clear as Zanu PF looted Chiadzwa diamonds is the fact that Zimbabwe needs change. Fast. Zimbabweans within the country are languishing under absolute poverty, stagflation, poor health care, poor education facilities, draconian laws and general unhappiness and the kindergarten politics being posted by the MDCA is not helping anyone. We can also not expect any relief whatsoever from Zanu PF. A mosquito has never been known to cure malaria!
Millions of Zimbabweans in the biblical Gershon of foreign lands yearn for returning back home to rebuild their lives and rebuilding their country. They can’t wait to effect an exodus towards home but the negative place utility obtaining there is just repelling. Well, I am a bearer of glad tidings!
Zimfirst, under the able wise leadership of Dr Zeb Shumba has been silently building a consensus around rebuilding Zimbabwe. Zimbabweans from all corners of God’s green earth have been reasoning together and have correctly agreed to unleash the Zimfirst machinery to take Zanu PF to the political darkroom of Zimbabwe’s political museum.
Zimbabwe desperately needs and deserves wise, sober and mature leadership. We have packaged these 3 sacred and cardinal leadership qualities and traits in the form Dr Shumba and we are ready to selflessly share this son of the soil with the people of Zimbabwe. Unnecessary noise, self defeating boardroom politics and immature power mongering that has been dished out to Zimbabweans from Jongwe Building and Harvest House a now going to be a thing of our dark forgettable past.
Zimbabwe calls for unity, peace and tolerance as the cornerstones upon which all else will be built. The venom, hatred and violence that has been raining from Zanu PF and all forms and totems of MDC is going to be cleansed by Zimbabweans marching hand-in-glove with ZimFirst towards the jewel of Africa fought for by all Zimbabweans since the first Chimurenga.
The voodoo economics churned out from Mr Mthuli Ncube and Mr John Panonetsa Mangudya’s incompetent offices is not going to turnaround our economic fortunes. Equally, the perennial squabbles and, frankly, childish tantrums of one Mr Chamisa and other characters in MDC formations is not going to economically help anyone. Zimfirst has assembled citizens and experts in all fields who have come up with a solid smart plan to rescue and rebuild Zimbabwe.
Zimbabweans have been disappointed several times because their vote and will has always been ignored, rubbished and disregarded by Zanu PF with the MDC proving to be clueless and tact less in effecting the people’s will. We have no intention of winning the vote and losing the count. Neither are we going to allow anyone let alone Zanu PF to bully us and throw away the people’s vote. We have a solid practical plan to insure the people’s will and vote against Zanu PF’s brazen unconstitutional and shameless clinging to State power.
Zimbabwe, we are ready to go. We will gladly take whatever Zanu PF throws our way with a smile on our definite and unavoidable clear march towards rebuilding our country. Let’s join hands Zimbabwe and reclaim our country.
