Renowned cleric, Family Life Ministries International leader, Bishop Albert Chikuni has expressed high optimism on the country’s economic fortunes emphasizing that Family and Peace Festival will spearhead economic growth.
The mood and impetus set by this festival will put the nation on the correct economic trajectory.
Addressing people who were gathered at Harare Gardens, the man of cloth said various sectors of the economy will soon head towards refurbishment and revitalization despite negative challenges bedeviling the country.
“I assure Zimbabweans that our industries are going to work, jobs are going to be available, our money iscoming and the things we waited for too long are coming back again,” he said.
Bishop Chikuni is among a rare crop of dedicated, steadfast pastors in the country who are known for preaching the message of peace and national deliverance.
- Zimbabwe’s economic struggle can be equated to a biblical course in which sons and daughters of Israel travelled a grueling journey from Egyptian exile to the Promised Land.
“I know that we have been in bondage for too long, so much that there were so many promises about the deliverance of Zimbabwe, but let me tell you that on 21st November it is just not a promise but Zimbabwe is going to be delivered and ushered into the proper destiny,” he added.
FFWPU co-founder Dr HakJa Han Moon has a track record in the deliverance of peace and economic restoration in the global tours she embarkedon .There is a possibility that her maiden visit to Zimbabwe will precipitate economic recovery.
“Every kind of a visitor has got a certain atmosphere and am sure that the atmosphere that has been already set for Zimbabwe is conducive and already we are about to take off as a nation, the whole of Africa is going to depend on Zimbabwe,” he added.
Peace is an essential element in every sector therefore, its immense contributions should be inculcated to every member of society.
