New York. – Malawian President Peter Mutharika on Friday unveiled Investment Opportunities in Malawi to business Captains at a luncheon hosted by the Corporate Council on Africa.
Mutharika was in New York attending the 69th General Assembly of the United Nations.
In his speech Mutharika described how he had tasked his ministers to complete a list of bankable projects which could attract investors.
Notable initiatives highlighted include Power supply, mining, tourism, manufacturing, the Green Belt initiative and the Nsanje Inland Port.
