Assistant Commissioner Crispen Makedenge the Investigating officer for the case involving Zimbabwe`s internet spy Baba Jukwa (Edmond Kudzai and Phillip Kudzai) returned to Zimbabwe on Sunday after visiting Google and facebook in America.
Assistant Commissioner Crispen Makedenge and two others went to America to carry out further investigations.
A second bail application to free Kudzai and is brother Phillip who have been on remand for a long time was denied.
It is alleged that in April 2013 Edmond and Phillip hatched a plan to overthrow the Zimbabwean government using unconstitutional means.
Baba Jukwa was known for constantly posting articles on his facebook account encouraging the Zimbabwean public to rebel against the government.
