Tinoonga Mawere|A senior government official has castigated the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions and MDC A members for allegedly sponsoring acts of hooliganism.
Manicaland Province Minister of State Ellen Gwaradzimba accused ZCTU and MDC A of deliberately sabotaging governments to efforts to revive the country’s waning economy.
“The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions, MDC Alliance and civic organisations came up with the deplorable plot to discredit the person of the President.
We condemn the retrogressive attempt to disrupt government operations. These detractors will be put to shame very soon,” said Gwaradzimba during a media briefing in Mutare
Gwaradzimba commended the people of Manicaland Province for refusing to be used by malcontents who are determined to ruin further the already fragile economy.
