Scottish Premiership side Motherwell FC has confirmed that forward Tawanda Maswanhise has been called up to represent the Zimbabwe national team for their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying fixtures.

The club celebrated the announcement on social media with the message: “The quest to play at AFCON begins here 🇿🇼 Tawanda Maswanhise has been named in the Zimbabwe squad.”
