POP PRINCESS Rihanna has been granted a permanent restraining order against an alleged stalker arrested at her home in Los Angeles.
According to website TMZ, Jonathan Whooper must stay 100 yards away from the Barbados-born singer for two years.
The 25-year-old who filed a petition for the order, said Whopper had caused her “substantial distress and concern for her personal safety.”
On October 4, he was caught trespassing at the star’s home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, and claimed to be the singer’s “future husband”, when confronted by a security guard.
The Diamonds singer was granted a temporary restraining order after police officers arrested him at her mansion.
He had previously broken into her home in late September, by throwing a chair through a window.
A court hearing has been scheduled to assess Whopper’s mental competency to see if he is fit to stand trial on stalking, attempted burglary and vandalism charges. – The Voice
