The towering striker Zlatin Ibrahimovic is optimistic that Paris St Germain can lift the Champions League this season after scoring four goals in a 5-0 thumping of Anderlecht on Wednesday.
Ibrahimovic became the tenth player in the history of UEFA to score four times in a single match.
“I feel good,” the striker, 32, told Bein Sport after the win in Belgium.”This year, we are stronger, we have stronger players”.
The Swedish International opened the score sheet on the 17th minute following good move from Gregory van der Wiel and the two player work together again for his second goal.
Zlatan bagged his third of the night with a volley from 30-yards before adding a fourth soon after the aranges, with Edison Cavani on target for PSG.
“We could win the competition but remember that the further you go, the harder it is,” he said
“My first year in Paris was fantastic, but this year is even better!”
PSG top Group C with nine points from three matches and they face the Belgian Champions, Anderlecht, in the next fixture in France on November 5.
