Commissioner Francis Makayi of the Sub Midlands province addressed various provinces, outlining the installation of King Munhumutapa in 2022. He presented a court document stating that the Ministry of Local Government was barred in this matter. BECAUSE OF THAT HIGH COURT ORDER I NOW DECLARE THAT ZIMBABWE IS NOW A KINGDOM.”
The document also bears a stamp indicating it was “RECEIVED” by the “COMMISSIONER OF OATHS” on “02 MAY 2025” and another stamp from “CUSTOMS AND ARBITRARY COPY OF THE ORIGINAL…LAWYERS/LEGAL PRACTITIONERS & DEBTORS PROFESSORS (LAURA &…)” dated “04 MAY 2025”.
