Depositors waiting for long queues in banks.
HARARE, Zimbabwe.(News Of the South)-The shortage of enough cash notes finally hit depositors in the country.
In a survey by News of the South shows depositors are forming long queues at banks and ATMs.
This is comes at a time when mobile bank transactions have been limited to ZWL 5000 whichis believed to stabilize the black market rates.
Today depositors started withdrawing their money have been waiting for long queues.
Speaking to a disgruntled depositor at POSB corner Leopold Takawira and Nelson Mandela said that we have been waiting since morning at 6:00 am in the long queues no services have been provided.
“We having been here for a long time no services have been given, ” he said.

By mid-morning depositors pushed and shoved each other in long queues at most of the banks in the capital.
Kudakwashe Muranda, 52, told News of the South on Friday he heard not received anything.
“I got some money but it’s not much because of the rising prices. I hope next week the banks will still have cash,” he said.
