Anyone who has lived in the Diaspora understands the difficulties of getting anything done back in their home country. Be it the repairing of a house, the purchase and delivery of groceries or the building of a house from an open ground.
Popular among the community are stories of people being fleeced by close family members and having random pictures of a building progressing being sent to them. Some have committed suicide on realising that toiled over the years for nothing as the money sent home was misused.
There are also tragic stories of some people committing suicide in despair after being let down by close family members they entrusted with all their life savings. It was with this in mind that Florence started Winfit.

” The business has grown in strength that Florence now lives between 3 countries as in the UK, Zimbabwe and South Africa where they have opened a branch to cater for the large contingent of the Zimbabwean Community based there.
There are mutually beneficial synergies between the branches in the 3 countries. Trained in Zimbabwe as a nurse, Florence Chaurura is a charismatic and passionate entrepreneur who is also a corporate trainer and a talented motivational speaker.
In the United Kingdom she is also known for being the leader in network marketing for a multi-billion dollar company called Mary Kay Cosmetics. In the past she has operated a recruitment business.
Chaurura was recently awarded a leadership award with an organisation called G.A.B Gathering of Champions where she was recognized for the work she is doing with young leaders of African descent in the UK. She is also a founder of a very active foundation based in Zimbabwe called Inspire Zimbabwe.
Inspire Zimbabwe is a foundation known for its role of capacity building of the marginalized Zimbabweans. Recently she has been nominated for the Motivational Speaker of The Year Award in the Zimbabwe International Women Awards (Ziwa) to be held in Birmingham on June 14 2014.
