Subject: Who is shielding the corrupted authorities in Qatar?
Dear President,
For the past few years, our country State of Qatar, has been controlled by individuals who have been exploiting the wealth and resources of our state for their own benefits, by fulfilling an agenda that serves their purpose and their counterparts.
Such agenda that has had immense negative impact on many countries in the Middle East, Gulf region, Europe and even the United States.
These corrupted states authorities have been able to deceive the international communities for so long, promising reform and change, but they have no intention in doing so, as they are determined to continue with their radicalized ideology.
For years now, the United States and the world has demanded of these corrupted authorities to cease their operations and financing to extremists and terrorists. With every year passing, they are still realizing their plan and at every turn mask themselves as individuals who are sincere to apply reform. They have engaged themselves in international and local committees, to draft, contemplate, and manipulate the laws and regulations to provide them with loopholes within these systems.
Engaging with a never-ending strategic debate with governments and organizations worldwide, satisfying the demands of the international communities on paper and ink, but they are forging their corruptive ways by spilling innocent blood on grounds of nations being infused with their radicalized extremists and terrorists, that have been placed all around the world to create an uncontrollable chaos.
These corrupted individuals’ beliefs are entrenched with the notion that if they can control the world’s most feared terror acts, they will be in control of the world, whereby they will be able to realize their plans and the plans of their co-conspirators.
Unfortunately, these co-conspirators are individuals who are also in control of power positions in the United States, Europe, and other countries around the world.
This conspired group of individuals grouped with one common directive, power, with such power comes controls of countries, reflecting alternatively towards control on people’s lives.
The United States for many years has taking a contradicting approach with these corrupted State’s officials in Qatar, one moment the US officials are exposing them, and the other moments the same US officials are praising them. At every turn, the change of such positions against these corrupted authorities in Qatar is directly linked with financial remuneration that is being poured into the US, being portrayed as donation, or purchasing of artilleries and weapons, or as investments that have been extensively spread out through all US cities, reaching to the level of their investments being listed in the US Stock markets, providing these corrupted Qatar state authorities with control over the US economical markets.
For some in the United States that may be great achievement as they have attracted several investments into the US, but for the long run, the effective outcome is the opposite, whereby all these investments that have been placed in the United States will be used as financing of extremists and terrorists within the United States borders, secretively financing a dormant army of extremists that will rise upon a specific call to create chaos in the US. The day when such call will be shouted, the US will not have the desired time to react, as these extremists are currently being implanted in all your societies, in your universities, neighborhoods, businesses, stock markets, industries, health sector, education and every possible part that controls the United States. These corrupted individuals always initiate their inference by engaging the most vulnerable communities in the United States, Vulnerable populations that are currently economically disadvantaged in the United States, racial and ethnic minorities, the uninsured, the elderly, the homeless, and any other groups that is faced with adversity.
Their plan is to implant within these communities, representatives that would represent them, provide them with care, nurture them and provide them with opportunities, all in the intention of using these communities for a greater purpose in the near future.
So when the US authorities are pleased that Qatar’s corrupted authorities have donated $100 million in aid to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast in August 2005, and when Hurricane Harvey hit the state of Texas from August to September 2017, Qatar’s ambassador at the time announced on 8 September that the country would be donating $30 million in aid to help rebuild Texas.
Such approach should have been envisaged by the US authorities as an approach of intrusion into your most vulnerable communities and not as a favor presented by these corrupted authorities. Is anyone naïve enough to believe that we live in a world where one renders a service without expecting a certain return from the other, rest assured that these corrupted individuals are expecting double compensation on their donation or investments, and they have ample time to collect. These individuals have been and are able to maintain their presence in power for years as they do not have a democratic government that will change their rule or position, they have been in control for at least the last 27 years till date. They have outlived the change of five president from office and they are intending to remain for at least 10 more.
With every president era, they will use the same deceptions, prolonging the process of their accountability and maintain their position towards financing of terror.
They will join any committee that will be set to counter-terrorism, they will contribute to any associations that is intended to fight corruption, they will finance and support any move towards reform, but their true hidden intentions behind the scenes will be to maintain their initial target of disseminating within the communities of the world, inject into these communities the radicalized minds of extremists, that will be awakened when everyone least expects them.
The world’s communities will be astonished and disengaged, unable to react and hence they all might just succumb to such unraveled act of deception.
For years, the United States have discovered several evidence that financing of these extremists have derived from the State of Qatar, and at every time these corrupted authorities in Qatar are faced with these accusations, they swiftly present the US with a scapegoat that would cover for them, diverting the attention away from them, and until recently in 2021, the US has discovered several individuals and companies within Qatar that have been directly financing groups that are listed as terrorists by the United States and yet once more again these corrupted authorities have been able to escape accountability as they claim that they were unaware of such financing and that they shall promptly apply sanctions on these individuals and companies.
As the United States authorities and the world’s communities ever asked themselves the simplest question, of how difficult it is for the State of Qatar authorities to control these terror financing when 99.99% of all financing in Qatar is from government funded projects, and 90% of companies carrying out most of these projects are owned by government officials and their close relatives.
A country that is the size of one of the smallest states in the US, less than 11,000 square kilometers, where the entire country is constrained in an area that is less than 2,000 square kilometers, and three third of that constrained area is controlled by entities owned by the government.
A government that is controlled by an individual, her son rules the country, her nephews control the National Security, her aunts and daughters controls the educational, health sector, museums, and other activities.
Media and telecommunications entities is controlled by these same corrupted authorities.
Food, medicines, and transportations is also controlled by companies owned either by the state or companies owned by these corrupted authorities.
Ports, Airports, and borders are all under their control.
Conclusively, all channels of money exchanging processes within the State of Qatar is under their control, and they claim that they are unable to control these “fictitious” terror financiers who have infused destruction to the entire Middle East, Gulf region, North Africa, Europe, and the World?
Anyone may claim that they did not know that these corrupted individuals have the total control over the State of Qatar, they may act as naïve as they want, but to the least they should not think that the world’s communities will be deceived for so long.
The United States authorities should reconsider their perception of how matters are being carried out in the region, they cannot claim that they still believe that these corrupted authorities are not involved in all these corruptive acts.
It is your choice today to change the course of such actions, do not allow these corrupted individuals to prolong their corruption in Qatar and the remainder of the world. As we, citizens of Qatar are determined to change this course of destruction that has accumulated more enemies to our state than we ever had due to their acts of deceptions, we will not allow that our children be burdened with hatred that has been caused by these corrupted state officials and world leaders.
World leaders that claimed to be at the forefront of democracy, but they all turned out to be from the same flipped coin, different face, but same source.
Deception may give us what we want for the present, but it will always take it away in the end.
Time will inevitably uncover their deception, dishonesty and lies that has been imposed by these corrupted authorities and whomever supports them; rest assured that the future will not hold a place for them.
