Tinoonga Mawere(News of the South) – Harare – A Zanu PF Youth League official has declared that the ruling party will not be intimidated by the MDC A vanguard’ s threats of inciting violent protests.
Zanu PF Youth League official ,Brian Mudumi boasted of having fed a hungry MDC Youth Assembly member who was desperate to get food on the table.
“Keeping your enemies Close- we had to share our
lunch with the hungry incoming MDC T Youth Chairperson (that is if he wins) Tererai Obey Sithole anzwa nekundituka pa facebook , we showed him that , As Zanu PF youth, we are peace loving.However we will not bow to the threats from vanguard
hooligans under the stewardship of Bvondo , Happymore Chidziva,” said Mudumi.
Zanu PF accuses MDC A of working with civic organizations and pressure groups to effect regime change in Zimbabwe.
The country’ s two main political parties are mired in a serious legitimacy standstill.
The MDC Alliance insists President Emmerson Mnangagwa’ s legitimacy is questionable while Zanu PF accuses the opposition party of stirring civil unrest.
