LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — The Uganda Health and Business Expo 2026 has appointed Princess Eugene Majuru as Head of Media and Press Reporting, reinforcing the Expo’s commitment to delivering impactful communications, international media engagement, and greater visibility for healthcare innovation, business development, and investment opportunities between Uganda and the global diaspora.

Scheduled to take place in London, the Uganda Health and Business Expo will bring together healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, development partners, academics, and members of the Ugandan diaspora to explore opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.

As Head of Media and Press Reporting, Princess Majuru will lead all media and communication activities for the Expo, including press relations, media partnerships, publicity campaigns, strategic communications, and local and international coverage.

Her responsibilities will include coordinating press accreditation, organising interviews and press conferences, promoting exhibitors and sponsors, overseeing official communications, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting across traditional and digital media platforms.

Princess Majuru is an accomplished journalist, public relations specialist, author, broadcaster, and cultural ambassador with extensive experience in journalism, media management, public relations, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.

She serves as the Editor-in-Chief and Chief Executive Officer of News of the South, an international media platform that reports on business, health, culture, diplomacy, sports, and development issues across Africa and the diaspora.

Through her leadership at News of the South, Princess Majuru has built strong relationships with media organisations, businesses, community leaders, and institutions across multiple sectors, positioning her to amplify the reach and impact of the Uganda Health and Business Expo.

“The Uganda Health and Business Expo represents an important platform for fostering dialogue, innovation, investment, and partnerships that advance healthcare systems and economic development,” said Princess Eugene Majuru.
