Zimbabwe ( News Of The South) – MDC-T President Morgan Richard Tsvangirai on Tuesday accused President Robert Mugabe of sponsoring factions in the opposition party.
Tsvangirai told mourners at a family home of one of the MDC founding members, Freddy Dhungwa that it is clear Mugabe and his party are responsible for the fighting in the labour-backed party.
Dhungwa who died at the age of 82 on Monday was once assaulted in 2008 by soldiers who mann the presidential palace and has not been well since then, according to his relatives.
He is survived by wife Constance and eight children.
His body will be interred at the Warren Hills Cemetry in Harare on Wednesday.
