On Thursday the Speaker of Parliament ruled in favour of the MDC-Team nicknamed the rebels led by Honourable Tendai Biti against the proposal by Tsvangarai led camp to recall the all the rebellious member of parliament from the parliament.
This is a blow to the MDC-T led by Tsvangirai as they are forced now to meet the guys they view as ZANU PF plants, in the courts and on this one they are likely to face a mountain task to expel these pro-renewal crew.
With Tendai Biti being one of the best legal brains in the nation, Tsvangirai really knows what he will expect in the courts and the worst is a probability.
The issue turned in Tendai Biti’s way as he can fail out-there in luring supporters to his rallies but he can win the ears of judges in courts as Mudenda has thrown the saga into his playground.
The ruling has already brought celebrations from the pro renewal team and the social media is already awash with mockery statements.
‘Now that Mudenda have said it must go to court ,and remember a court is not a rally it needs facts’ mocked a well-known renewalist Julius Magarangoma in a post on facebook.
This is not sweet news at all to the Morgan Tsvangirai crew as they are likely to be forced to co-habit with their newly found enemy in the Renewalists until 2018.
