Oh! It is a question of how madam perceives it. Some of these things are too petty for a man to pre occupy himself contemplating and making decisions over. I personally find no problem with it, I mean, what is the big deal? She washes your clothes and arrghhhh bed sheets. So entering the bedroom and cleaning it is no new thing.
Clothes say so much about us, so by allowing her to wash them, iron et al, is to show you after all have reasonable trust. But women see these things differently, what we see with naked eyes, they see with 5D glasses.
So, that is her puzzle to solve. If she is not ok with it, she should alert the maid, let them sort it out. I want a clean bedroom, period. The rest is for her and the maid to sort out.

The maid should clean everywhere, including the master bedroom. If her master or mistress has no time to clean the other parts of the house, it is a bit of a stretch to think they will have time for this particular area of the house. The maid of course should not have to wash underwear or sex cloths. These are activities that can easily be done by the owners.
Ahh, that’s a tricky one. There is privacy issues, and wifely issues here. To be honest, I don’t believe a woman should ever get too busy to keep her bedroom in order. See, thing is her territory used to cover the whole homestead, and she gave that up in the so-called “civilization”.
The least she can do is retain some of her former self by holding onto the bedroom. She owes herself, her husband, her family and the whole institution of marriage. Enough said.

I don’t have a problem with it but I don’t think it is right. The bedroom represents the most intimate space in the house and you’d think that logically, the wife should take control/ownership of the space.
Unless there’s sound reason why the maid working in the bedroom, say health, age, etc…I think the space should be left to the woman.

Yes they can! Once they get to know you, and get to know what and how you want your stuff placed, they will just focus on cleaning while they are in there.
The policy should be to always declutter before you let them in. Otherwise, they will then be all up in your business… touching and moving things they shouldn’t even be seeing in the first place…plus you can lay your own bed -Seriously!
