Harare, Zimbabwe (News of the South)-Patrick Zhuwao has come out seething attacking VP Mnangagwa and The Herald for colluding in bullish actions.

Zhuwao, who is the president’s nephew attacked the publication after it accused him of being a cheerleader at Prof Jonathan Moyo’s divisive SAPES Trust lecture last week.

Adding Team Lacoste, allegedly led by the VP, Zhuwao attacked the two in a short statement that is reproduced below.

“I note that the Saturday Herald of 3rd June 2017 refers to me as a cheerleader for attending the SAPES Trust’s Pan African Lecture on “Zimbabwe: Whither the Nationalist Project”.

“I was tempted to ignore this patently ridiculous attempt to stifle my quest for intellectual empowerment given the fact that I started attending SAPES events whilst I was in the Fourth Form over thirty three years ago”

“I have actually been a presenter at the SAPES Policy Dialogue before”

“However, allowing such infantile bullying is counter revolutionary and works against the Nationalist Project”

“The Herald’s editorial policy seeks to enforce an idiotic notion of Command Thinking under the foolishly mistaken propagated by the doomed succesionist Team Lacoste’s paper tigers who are seeking to cow Zimbabweans into being submissive cowards”

“Hatisi mbwende dzino vhunditsirwa neziz risina Nyanga”
