Was Minister of Lands Parrence Shiri murdered?
The claimed Covid19 lonely death of the Gukurundi Commander Perence Shiri, the late Minister of Defence has left many unanswered questions in my mind.

Bear in mind this is me thinking aloud!!! I l read about is that he was killed by the monster Covid? And then now we read that Shiri called his “trust” friends Mliswa and Bhasera?
I know nothing about Bhasera and Mliswa. I know Mliswa and as a politician. I do not know about people’s friendships. But Shiri as a military officer from Independence 1980 surely must have had men of his calibre to trust at this moment. Was the Minister of Lands not allocated a driver, security details who had Covid-19 protective suits?
Who went with Mliswa and Bhasera to wherever this murderer succumbed to death? Why did he not call for State resources? He was in Army and was Minister of Lands, he could have summoned a helicopter instead of calling trusted friends! Are we seeing a replay of the Tongogara, Mahachi deaths all in the company of a former defence chief? Bastards. I hope hamuna kuuraya nyika and now you lie as you kill each other under the cover of Covid.
We are aware Covid-19 will buy some time for dictatorships. So Shiri was unmarried and died alone and lonely? The doings of the powerful world. Did he not have adult children? Did he not have trusted relations to call when faced with death? But did he surely not have STATE PROTECTION, for him to drive himself and alone when unwell when there is so much Covid-19 protection?
Had the Army abandoned him? But hey bakwethu, this is a govt minister!How did this happen? Who saw him die? Has Mliswa and Bhasera gone into self isolation since they arrived to find their buddy dead of Covid?
An investigation would be in order to find out what really killed his driver as well. I would also ask if there was no ice cream dished out at the gathering! What had the driver eaten or drank, provided by who? Were all those who were near the driver and Shiri in isolation? Was Shiri and others isolating after his driver’s death? Is it why be had no driver or someone when he died? But this keeps coming to my mind, was there no Covid protection kit that would have been provided to the minister’s employees? Again, we are talking about a Minister of Defence dying unprotected! Is the nation protected?
If the report is true, it then follows that only Mliswa and Bhasera know what happened to the Gukurahundist. Did they find him dead? They knew his driver had allegedly died of Covid, were they protected when they got to him? Anyway as far as l know Mliswa is closer to Mnangagwa than we are made to believe he was a ‘trusted’ friend of one Shiri.
Mliswa told us he is muzukuru to ED, blood is thicker than water. Mliswa is always singing ED rhymes day and night. It is politically clear Mliswa who sees nothing wrong with the regime has unbridled ambitions to be one of the Cabinet ministers.
Mliswa may have a lot to hide on behalf of ED to get where he wants. ED being dull can trust another motormouth at his own peril. ED loves those who talk, Prof Moyo, Mutodi, Mliswa, because he himself can’t!! But saying that, who can one trust more than a brave man fearful of the unknown yet blind to the unknown and eager to please anyone smelling of power.
Anyway, Chiwenga’s response and reaction to the death of Shiri will let the truth out. But ZDF guys, be warned; alikabhotshi. The civilians are not surrendering this Thing mahala. Shiri, like Chiwenga and Moyo, as cabinet members in an alleged civilian govt they installed must realise they have no political base and can not rely on civilians for protection and support or as friends. Common sense is that the rivalry between the two was visible from Day 1. A coup is a coup, it’s unwelcome!
