WASHINGTON, United States of America.(News of the South)-McDonald sues ex-CEO Easterbrook over alleged sexual relationships.
In a legal document that was filed Monday morning McDonald’s reviewed that it is suing former CEO Easterbrook over physical and sexual relationships.

The mega fast food company fired Easterbrook last year after his consensual relationship with an employee.
After further investigation the company found out that he had three other relationships that he lied to the board about.
McDonald’s is suing to recover his pay-off reportedly worth $40m.The multi-national fast food company prohibits “any kind of intimate relationship between employees in a direct or indirect reporting relationship”.
The investigators found nude photographs that were sent from Mr Easterbrook’s company email as well as messages showing that he approved a grant of company shares worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to one of the employees “shortly after their first sexual encounter”.
Mr Easterbrook violated his duty to the company by lying when asked about his behavior in an effort to secure a bigger severance package, committing fraud.
The ex- CEO had been widely credited with remodeling stores and using better ingredients. Even the value of the company’s shares had more than doubled during his tenure from March 2015 to November 2019.
