As Leicester took on Swansea with the Premier League title almost within touching distance, the question was: “Can they do it without Jamie Vardy?”
The answer, emphatically, was yes. Leicester were 2-0 up by half-time with goals from Riyad Mahrez and the man who took the suspended Vardy’s place in the team, Leonardo Ulloa.
Were they feeling the pressure of a title chase? Absolutely not.
In fact this was one of their most dominant showings of the season.
In the end they went on to win 4-0 and they did it in their usual no-frills fashion.
Or to put it another way…
Everyone is having to come to terms with the fact that, yes, Leicester really are going to win the league.- Snappa
