Shadreck Kwavire popularly known as King Shady has assured fans of a splendid performance at the Lion Lager Beer Festival to be held on Saturday October 26.
The festival will be held at Glamis Arena and will feature Nigerian artist D’ Banj, Ugandan Bebe Col and three local artists that include King Shady himself, Winky D and Guspy Warrior.
King Shady who will be having his maiden act at the festival said all was well in his camp to provide a memorable act that will leave fans crying for more.
“I have prepared myself for this show and am ready to show fans that ‘makorokoza” we mean serious entertainment,” quipped King Shady.
The soft-spoken singer left fans in awe when he gave a scintillating performance at the Lion Lager Activation Camp Nights Finale last Saturday.
King Shady has made himself a household name in the local music circles with songs like Mai Huni, Makanika and Sista Gire have been instant hits.
He was introduced into the music circles by Xtra-Large a duo that hails from Highfields again.
The festival in its fourth edition and is increasingly becoming popular with Harare revellers having witnessed the coming in of top international acts such as Cocoa Tee, Fantan Mojah, Beenie Man and P Square.
HIFA is partnering with the leading beer manufacturer for the second time again after last year’s edition.
