I may be wrong, but Gen. Chiwenga will not be VP.

London. (News of The South) – Gen Chiwenga will stay on as ZDF to keep a watchful eye on his officers. They have tasted civilians political blood and won’t let go. He will keep them in check and ensure none of the professional officers will ask the military cabinet members to go back to the Barracks.
To appease Zipra /Zapu war vets and members, and silence Gukurahundi noise, Dabengwa may be the other VP. To attempt completely crashing G40 hopes, l see Sekeramai as the other VP. If not Sekeramai, it’s a woman.
The Opposition may as well write its own obituary! After all that excitement and urging people to fill the streets strengthening Zanu and encouraging military involvement in civilian affairs, it’s game over.
Just a reminder, Mugabe once said lizangikhumbula. He was right. These cabinet military officers are young, going nowhere and have no intention of ever losing an election.
So what next?
I once alluded to a strong Opposition emerging only from within Zanu. This is the moment. G40 is not dead. G40 will regroup. G40 can breath fire and hold the govt accountable with an effective leadership. At this point the G40 will only be effective if led by Prof Moyo once his exile is over. MDC Coalition and Mujuru and Nkosana Moyo have disappointed most supporters by conducting themselves as if they are subordinate to Zanu and are desperate to be part of Zanu sanitisation.
Can the militarised cabinet revive the economy? Yes. Indications are that many foreign govts are willing to pour money into Zim. As long as it is not stolen, we are wjome.and dry. The Army may actually be ruthless when dealing with corruption. The military guys are also well known internationally, and thus will not steal massively because they are all rich anyways.
