CORONAVIRUS.
Having heard and read about you
With thousand thoughts to welcome you
Because at first you made no sense
But now you do
Unaware that you’re not passing by
Unknowingly that you’re deadly
With a lot making fun of you
With your fast life taking prowess
You silenced us
Corona, where are you turning the world into
– a place of total destruction
– a place of mourning
With people left without trust for fellow men
Doing so to save their lives
Yet you hold the whole secret
Of where you come from
And, where you’re going
Still, we’ve mastered your mission
We are working out your emission
Tireless measures by medical experts
Is what we seek and expect
Though it’ll offer little consolidation
To come to terms with your deadly issue
We had many health threatening diseases
Possibly shaking part of the world
Yet even the folly is aware of your presence
Though we’re yet to seek justice
Your outspoken spree won’t pay
Soon you’ll be history
We had heard and seen enough of you
We need no more of you
You’re an intruder, Corona
Yet you call the world to unite
Such that we hold joint effort to curb you
You really need urgent action
Before you leave the world vacant
You’re are really deadly
Still, we’ll offer you no rest
You’ll be summoned
And be brought to nothing
As you leave us in the world of splendour
Which still brightens as created
We’ll never give up
We’ll bring up all means
To have you gone, Corona!
