Liverpool, England. (News Of The South) – Zimbabwe`s national netball team the Zimgems got a boot on Wednesday evening when Caps United Legends and Team Zimbabwe presented them with a token of appreciation for their success in the ongoing Vitality Netball Worldcup.

Chairman of Caps Legends Joe Mugabe a former captain of the Zimbabwe National football team The Warriors, also former striker for Caps United presented the team with the training kit which will go a long way in their netball journey.

“I am a sportsman and I support all Zimbabwean sports persons based in the UK or those who visit the UK because they need support, I support everyone who is successful to give them motivation” said Mugabe.

Mighty Warriors will be participating in the Cosafa tournament, asked if Caps Legends will also be supporting them Mugabe said: “Fisrt of all I would Like to say Congratulations for qualifying for the tournamentwe will do our Best when we get contact with the right “Thank you very much girls for making every Zimbabweam smile we will keep suppörting the “” Mugabe added.

Team Zimbabwe UK representative Farai Gore who also attended the same event said “the Zimgems need all the support they can get ro perform and get a better ranking in netball.
