The Bulawayo High Court has granted a provisional interdict barring the MDC-T Extraordinary Congress.
The beleaguered party’s EOC is scheduled to be held from December 19, 2020 and it cannot go ahead to elect the party President.
Kupe, Mudzuri,Komichi and Mwonzora are contesting to be elected MDC-T president to replace the late MDC-T founding leader Dr. Richard Morgan Tsvangirai.
Bhebe was expelled after he had shown that he was popular than all other four contestants to snatch the top post.
He argues that he won the Bulawayo Provincial nomination by a wide margin and this prompted Khupe to expel him from the party.
