(News of The South) – WESTERN countries constitute 13% of the world but they are imposing superiority to the rest of the 87% billions of people, mainly for their self #economic interests masked in the rhetoric of democracy, human rights.
•HISTORY BEST TEACHER:
You see western ancestors since long back sat down in a closed room and discussed what their economies really require for their human survival.
After this meeting, they itemized the resources required for their sustenance. The economic list included but not limited to:
-LAND & it’s natural resources
From the land, we derive fertile ground for farming, minerals for industrialization, fauna & flora for food & raw materials, water bodies for agriculture, industrial production, electricity generation etc. All basic human needs.
Dating back from Stone -Iron Age, the western countries used their natural resources.
– BELL CURVE
As western countries accelerated their green and industrial revolutions, their economic bell curve rose exponentially , rising living standards whilst at the same time depleting their resources aforementioned above. UK NORTH SEA oil depletion is just but one classic example.
On the Bell Curve, these 13% of the world are now on far end long tail, decline.
-BERLIN CONFERENCE 1884 & SCRAMBLE FOR AFRICA
You see, as the western countries realized that soon their required economic resources (LAND) could run out, they started to explore ways how they access more resources for their continued survival.
Consequently, 1884 Berlin Conference was held and barbaric annexation, parcelling out of African continent, and other South American & Asian countries were not spared. Western plunder of resources started through the barrel of guns.
Most annexed and colonized countries fought back against this illegal western aggression and occupation. Independence in Africa, South America & Asia.
•4th Industrial Revolution
Today we are in the midst of 4IR, and key resources required are absent in western countries, deficiencies & bell curve long tail decline, tanking.
Resources such as gold, uranium, lithium, diamonds, land again, etc are abundant in Africa, Asia, Middle East, South America & Eastern Europe. It is therefore clear why the west is interested in investing in guns, drones, etc military hardware & softwares in 21st century.
The west doesn’t have the requisite economic resources and they don’t like to pay free market determined fair prices for such necessary commodities. Instead they invest in bombs & guns to attack resourced countries under the guise of propagating democracy, human rights, freedom of what what but we know the truth – they want to access economic resources by mostly using regime change agenda in places they don’t get their way easily. If this formula fails, the bombs & guns will be deployed.
And the 87% of global population & countries will not sit back and see their economies and resources being plundered. They fight back even with inferior guns & bombs against North Atlantic hegemonic trigger -happy- blood thirsty warmongers.
Consequently, you see war in Ukraine, Syria, DRC. You see sanctions against Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, China etc. All this testifying the arguments above.
The 87% of the world versus 13%, the majority will win. The 87% already making necessary steps such as de-dollarisation, weakening the hegemonic USA & NATO in the long run.
The 87%must win. The economics-politics bi-causality relationship.
