Here they come,
super heroines of the Zimbabwe Netball Team, heads held high like giraffes
Their enthusiasm
is scary like lightning in winter
They can conquer Mount Everest, they can conquer the Antarctica
They’re go-getter, girly-girls.
They’re determined to raise the national flag.
They’re up for the challenge,to lift the world cup trophy
The nation reassures them, they’ll never walk alone.
They’re in this together, they’ll get support in cash and kind
Roar lionesses,roar
Roar ladies , roar
Don’t be afraid of the dark
Don’t be intemediated by midnight shadows
You’ve come that far
Shine on and shine on
You’re a breath away to stardom
Backwards never, forward ever
Pull and pull harder, It’s a tug of war game
Team spirit of bees will see you through
Go girls, go for it
This race is winnable
Don’t let the chance slip away
The trophy must come home to a jubilant crowd.
